Are you talking about that little bit of music with the horns and then the little crescendoing beeps or whatever that is?

I don't know what that song is for the Mexico '70 highlights, but the horn phrase that is repeated is identical to the horn line in "Ring of Fire" written by June Carter Cash and made famous by Johnny Cash in the early 60s. No idea who stole it from whom.
The actual band sounds like a pop orchestras similar to Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass -- although I'm fairly sure it's not them.
