In other news, Wake plays the Maryland Turtles for the Atlantic Division title. This may be the only time in my life that my alma mater has a shot at winning its conference (in football).

Notre Dame is so pathetic. Did you see Brady Queen calling out SC after a game with Army? They have played Navy, North Carolina, Air Force, and Army over the last 4 weeks. They are going to be in a whole new world when they come out of that tunnel to 92,000 rowdy SC fans. Not to mention a pretty damn good team ready to kick them up and down the field. The best thing is that Lou Holtz has shown no neutrality on ESPN. He says there is no way SC wins, and it's because he thinks USC can't get up "emotionally" for another game after having to get up the last 2 weeks. I would rather have to get up every week, than have to get up 2 or 3 times a year.

Wake is very good this year. I have been very impressed with them. Maryland is horrible, but I will respect the Karma and not crown your team champions yet. Wake could be playing in the BCS if they play their cards right.

I was reviewing the schedule the last two years under the "genius" Charlie Weis. The Scum have only won two games against teams with winning records, and two of those were against Navy! Last year, the teams they have beaten had a combined record of 49-64. This year is a little better: 53-59.

I don't care what anyone says, the Condoms were looking ahead toward their match with the Scum. The benefit of the SC's win over the Teddy Bears was that the "genius" actually will have to worry about the defense.

They have had 1 big game up to this point and they got beat 47-21 at home. Pete loves this kind of crap. Rivalries, Us vs. You, and especially now that little Brady found that he needed to call out the Trojans after the Irish's impressive 41-9 win over Army.
