Just saw this on RedNews:Stoke boss Tony Pulis:
"Luke was unconscious, and he was still in that state when they were taking him to hospital.
"They revived him on the pitch, but he fell unconscious again. I don't know what led to it but it's a huge concern.
"We had enough chances to win the game, and I can't fault the players effort."
He even made People.co.uk:FORMER Manchester United winger Luke Chadwick was rushed to hospital last night after collapsing during Stoke's defeat at Southend.
The 25-year-old winger slipped in and out of consciousness before being given oxygen and taken to Southend Hospital.
Stoke boss Tony Pulis said. "They revived him on the pitch, but then he fell unconscious again. I don't know what led to it - but it is a great concern.
"I have spoken to the hospital and we are hoping it was nothing more serious than a case of heat exhaustion."
A spokesman for the hospital told The SP: "When Luke was admitted he was conscious. His condition has been reviewed by our medical team and they have decided to keep him in to run more tests."
