The hymn has no place at this game.

I find it hilarious that Robbie Williams is the pre-game entertainment. This is as bad as the Super Bowl. :D

Hey man! What you are seeing from Bayern is exactly what we discussed over at the Bayern boards.

They didn't buy the right people this off-season and wasted too much time and money screwing around with van Buyten and RvN when they should have been trying to buy a successor for Ballack. Did you see how Klose and Klasnic ABUSED van Buyten in the League Cup final??

Valdez and Frei aren't as fluid with one another as Klose and Klasnic are, but they will give Lucio and van Buyten plenty of anxious moments on Friday night........

A Ballack-less Bayern, with no viable replacement, looks much less formidable. I think it's a very distinct possiblity that Werder, Hamburg, or even Schiesse (sorry to say them on a BVB board ;) ) will take it over Bayern.

Poldolski is definetely promissing, but they already have Makaay, Pizarro, and Santa Cruz.

Van Buyten was solid for Hamburg, but is not world class.

And they still have a huge gap in creative midfield. Maybe Scholl will play more. Maybe they'll drop Santa Cruz back. Maybe Piggy or Diesler will fill the void. But probably those are not viable options.

Long story short, Bayern are more beatable this season.

BVB might even shock them Friday.

Makaay has gotten off to a good start - two shots that very well could have been goals already.

Wow. Rough start for us. We need to do something about Makaay.

Our defense is in knots.

Wow, Dortmund's defense looks horrible so far - or it's Mackay looking awesome - or both.

Wow great opportunity there for Valdez i think.

Wow. What beautiful play. Valdez hits the post and then Frei puts it JUST over. Unbelievable.

Damn. Makaay puts us down on 24 minutes. Not a good start for us by any means.
