Milner may have some value out on the right. Maybe we should keep him. Shola seems to be starting off the season in good form.

Shola took his goal very well and both of Butt's are sheer class.

Milner may have some value out on the right. Maybe we should keep him. Shola seems to be starting off the season in good form.
May have some value?:confused: Milner is class and should take over from Nobby as he fades. IMO it was a very sly move to get Nobby for a 1 year Milner loan and cash. We got Nobby back plus now that Milner has returned he can be his heir apparent. I have been happy to hear GR say he has no plans to sell James. Let's hope he sticks to it.
Shola has looked good and it's great to see Butt playing well. Now if Dowie will give us some cash for Faye we'll be on our way. Buy 1 striker, a defender or two and things are looking up. :)

Highlights of the 6 goals...some pretty "friendly" defending.
The first goal was on Shay, the other two were abysmal defending. On the third, were any of the four players standing around the guy interested in marking him in the slightest?

It was just a friendly, I'm sure Villarreal won't lose any sleep over it, however their defending for both of Nicky Butt's goals was nothing short of shocking. They were good headers though, although I doubt he knew much about his first goal. :D
