I would say we are fielding a reserve team for this game but most of our reserves are with the first team sqaud in Austria/ Holland. I can't think of many recognisable names playing tomorrow. I might go to the game if there are tickets left. Anyone wanna attempt to predict a lineup. On second thoughts, maybe Ash will be thrown into this one just to spite him?

Valid point. I got no idea who's gonna play!

I would laugh if Cashley had to play in thos game. There is no way he is going to Alkmaar.

Ha. That would be funny.
Can't actually see him playing in either game though.

Well it looks as if Fran Merida has been signed by Arsenal, as he is included in the lineup against Borehamwood...There was some speculation as to whether or not we had signed him, right??

Finally, we've got Fran. I am relieved. I heard Barca took us to court and that Liverpool wanted him.
He's a great prospect.

So here is the squad for this game from arsenal.com:
Vito MANNONE
Lee BUTCHER
Paul RODGERS
Ryan GARRY
Joe O’CEARUILL
Matthew CONNOLLY
Vincent VAN DEN BERG
Giorgos EFREM
Jay SIMPSON
Arturo LUPOLI
Kieran GIBBS
Gavin HOYTE
Rene STEER
Peggy LOKANDO
Shane TRACY
Marc ELSTON
Carl PARISIO
Abu OGOGO
Fran MERIDA
Got to admit that I don't think I've seen more than 10-11 of these guys play so I'm not going even try to guess the starting XI. When I saw Lupoli here and looked at the squad for the AZ game, I was wondering where Bendtner was....now I know, he joined the other 2 gunners on loan at Birmingham. According to Arsenal.com, Boreham Wood 0-4 Arsenal XI, "Lupoli and Merida impress as young Gunners triumph." But the match report isn't up yet.

Looks like Lupoli played well and Merida scored a fantastic goal. Barazite also made his debut and scored as well.

Interesting, BBC reports the score as 3-0 not 4-0.

Article says that Lupoli had 2 goals and the assists for both goals by Merida and Barazite. Repeated several times that Lupoli was by far the best player on the pitch.

Merida is the one to watch.
Go to YouTube and search for "Fran Merida" if you have not seen this kid in action!
Absolutely brilliant.

Kinda weird how it still doesn't show the score, but apparently it was 4-0. I wish the writer would have bothered to list the starting team.

It doesn't at the top, though I saw the final score somewhere else on the page.
