It's nice to have one of these again. Saturday at 10 AM EST in the States. We face the Canaries at Elland Road to start the season. Kevin Nicholls will miss this match and at least one month but his knee does not require surgery which is good news. He could be out for up to three months though. Here's my guess at a starting lineup.
Sully
Kelly - Killa - Butler - Harding (I think Crainey is injured)
Stone - Carole - Bakke - Lewis
Blake - Cresswell
Subs - Wilberforce, Healy, Gregan, Richardson, Moore
I haven't heard anything lately on the availability of Derry, but his health would be a major boost. I'm not sure if Cresswell is 100% either.

I think Cresswell is injured, and I think we're going to get rid of Harding before then. Yes, I think Crainey is injured as well.
We'll see what happens on Saturday i guess.

With Harding now off to Ipswich your guess is as good as mine. But here's what I think.
Sully
Kelly - Gregan - Butler - Killa
Stone - Carole - Bakke - Lewis
Blake - Healy
Subs - Wilberforce, Westlake, Einarsson, Richardson, Moore
All the optimism I had a few weeks ago is gone. I'm pretty nervous about this upcoming season.

With the current injuries we have, it looks to be a tough start.

1-0 Leeds win on a David Healy first half penalty.
Until we are fully fit and until the transfer window closes, I'll take 3 points any way we can get it. Sounds like Warner played great, but Robert Earnshaw hit the post a couple of times. Off to QPR in a few days.

I'll take 1-0.
Leeds didn't blow away Norwich and I think we have the same issues of lack of goals scored as we had last season, but a win is a win.
