I've only been following football/soccer since world cup 2002. And while I'm pretty well read on things that predate 2002, I haven't ever seen a place that completely lays out what the rules were at a given era and how they have changed since then. This is pretty important to me, as I've been wtaching all the world cups(on video) that have come and gone and sometimes I think "that call was completely wrong/poor" but I'm not 100% sure because I don't know if the rules were the same in that era! Very fruststrating!
