i doubt tigres baught him.. cause him and his dad had some kind of deal with chivas...
chivas is just waitting for his contract to be over with/with olimpiakos so they can the stuff sorted out..

"Should I play for Uruguay or Mexico?". "Maybe I shouldn't play for any National Team, I am confused". In addition, he has not had much activity for some time.

this is weird because a while back chivas had an agreement with his dad and him saying that when his contract was over he would go with chivas..

Perhaps Tigres made a better offer to Nery's father. I say Nery's father because he is very involved in the career of his son. As you know, verbal agreements are nothing for many people. Just ask Oswaldo what the dishonorable Getafe did to him. I have not heard of Guadalajara signing a written agreement with Nery's father. This written agreement sounds interesting in the face of Reforma's announcement that Castillo is going to Tigres for the Clausura 2007.

I agree. I want to see more of Edwin Borboa, Alberto Medina, Jose Patlan, "El pituffo" Avila (wasn't he great in the last liguilla), and El "Russo". In addition, I want to see more players of our cantera. I believe that even if Oswaldo, Bofo, and Omar go to Europe we have the team to become champions this season. What is your opinion chivistas?

The whole Nery-novela has gotten tired after all the rumors. Que si, que no, que hasta Enero del 2007. It all has just become a kind of thing where if he doesn't come, so be it, and if he doesn't, who cares.

Castillo is a talented kid with an over-involved father running things. Either this is some form of leveraging to get Chivas (or maybe even Cruz Azul) to pay more for his son, or Tigres has really signed him but where would he fit in their starting 11?

Like DelChiverio said, I would like to see more canteranos get the opportunity to start consistently. Borboa and Avila have done great things when they've been called upon. Who knows what they could do over the course of an entire season?

Edwin Borboa this guy has great potential to a great striker even better then omar...

We should forget about Nery he's not coming to Chivas...I agree with Julio like oh Borboa has the potential to be good forward...I remember some people were comparing him to Reinaldo Navia...

Nery would be best served at Chivas, a club that is celebrating its centenary, that will have a new stadium built and whose mexicans only policy could help him gain general acceptance and eventually open the doors to the MNT. Other than that he would have to tear it up with Tigres which has been a struggling club in the past few years.

Anyways, like many Chivistas I dont really care about Nery anymore. The novela has draged on too long and I lost interest. If he joins Chivas, welcome, if he comes to MFL with Tigres or any other club, good luck.

yes its kind of old news but true. i dont really care if he dosent play here in mexico. most players stive to play in europe and i doubt he strives to play in mexico.
