It looks like Howard has a pretty good case.

Nothing new. Folks have been ripping off Sterns ideas for years. For xample one where Jay Leno has a spoof gameshow and gets a bunch of stupid people off the streets and asks common questions that most people know and they struggle with the questions. Thats a Stern rip off.

Stern likes to think he invented everything.....

He has claimed to have created just about everything that has come out in the past 16 years....whether or not he has a case here doesn't matter to me...he is still a giant toolbox grasping at the last few years of popularity before he turns into Imus.

I think Stern is right. I just saw like 1 minute of Are You hot and immediately thought " Aren't they ripping off Howard" after seeing Lorenzo Lamas with the little laser thing saying how her butt needed work. It super ripoff because at least Stern popularized the segment of "Are you good enough for Playboy" enough that they probably got it from there.
