Pues aunque al principio no me gusto mucho, sobre todo por que prometieron un megapuma y yo lo veo igual. De todas formas cada vez lo veo mejor, sin embargo me hubiera gustado más algo así:

Ese si es un Puma de los de antes.

I think you're right. All the ads take away from the feeling of a retro jersey. Not to mention the fact that the actual puma isn't as big as they hyped it up to be. Still a nice jersey though, although it really shouldnt be considered retro.

By the way, is that one that you posted the pic of a training jersey?

No, photoshop.

Actually the only place I've seen a similar jersey to the one I posted is sold outside a tunel of the stadium. Is really weird because they actually have the permision of the University to reproduce and sell those jerseys, sort of a concession from the university to the guys that sell them and happen to be affiliated to the Union of UNAM workers.

The model they sell is more retro, similar to the late 70's jersey, the Puma is smaller than the original from the 70's, but is publicity free, like in the good old days.

I noticed that all the stalls that used to be along the road, and outside the gates (this is Pebetero, south entrance) were pushed into the tunnels for the friendly v Peñarol, and the tout who sold us some tickets was more furtive than normal.

I do hope they are not "cracking down" on the stalls and touts. I would ALWAYS rather buy from a tout than ticket-********ing-master:- the mark up is usually less with a tout, and the money stays in mexico.

Is there anywhere online to get a decent priced Pumas shirt? (In English hopefully as well?? If not I can get by with my 4 years of high school Spanish.)
