Thankfully this year is soccer and not whiffleball. Sunday the 27th before our Sunday night game (:confused: ) we will have this match up take place in their lot across from the stadium on Route 1.

Don't forget Magpie ... he'll play 7 minutes without hurting himself. And can we play make sure that there's no huge field sprinklers ... otherwise Jon isn't allowed to join us.
I think we'll have about 15 subs for this match. And our fans had better be there!

It might be wise to put Steve and/or Craig in the midfield. We need someone who can maintain possession.
When I played intramurals in college, I was quite the poacher. I'm not sure if I can play anything but forward given my current shape.
Either way, I'll be sure to bring my cleats.

well it is in their lot...
I would prefer forward as well since I have the height and itll be easier to play with beer in hand :p, I just figured Steve and Craig would be better up top...we will figure it out

There's an idea for a true Riders-Rev Army game. Each player has a beer in their hand.. spilling any beer=Yellow Card. Broken beer bottle is an automatic red :)

One beer handicap ... on that field? We'd all be dead. That field isn't exactly what you call ... plush.

The Revs game that night is at 7pm, so we'll probably meet up in their lot around 4. More details will be coming soon. We'll play a 20 minute halves or something, and then head back to our own tailgate ... victorious of course. :)
Any Rider can join us, either to play or just cheer us on. Just an FYI, their lot does have a $5 fee.

I'll have to check with the Rev Army guys. Hopefully one of them posts here? We can all meet at their tailgate at 3:15?

I think Ed means he wants the Rider/Rev Army match to end by 3:30pm so he can experience the full 3.5 hour tailgate!!
What time does the Rev Army lot open??
How many are committed to playing on each side??

yeah that is what i meant...longer tailgates are good :)
