Negotiations are coming to a close - not sure exactly how great things went - it really is all up to Jeff Plush. I'm pushing for a meeting with him. We should hear very very soon.
We will however be in section 104 - if you got a letter - email Marcus Myrick and let him know you mistakenly weren't included in Class VI - and they'll get you moved over to 104.
I sent out an email to all CVI members letting them know all the details.
Here's a tidbit for everyone - there will be NO PARKING FEES at the new stadium for ANYONE - season ticket holder or not.

What are the costs of tickets on a per-game basis? I'm only around for summers for the next two years so I'd look into a half-season or 5 game pass, and if the price hike isn't more than what it costs to attend and park at Invesco, I'd be in.

Acording to this flyer Chili posted (http://home.comcast.net/~torymatt/rapids/2007PRICING_SEATING.jpg), half season tickets will be $26/game in section 104. 5 game plans will be the same. If you're paying $10 to pay at Invesco, that is a good deal.

Expect the walk up costs of tickets to be AT LEAST $2 more a game - the final per game walk up price hasn't been set yet. Season ticket holders get some nice perks too - in my discussions with the the team - ticket vouchers were mentioned as a possibility.
If you plan on attending 9 games (remember they are flex tickets - meaning you can go to 9 games alone - or bring 8 friends to a single game) as a single (or maybe at least 5 as a couple) - the half season ticket is the way to go. It'll save you a few bucks - get you a perk or two - and gurantee your seats in games that will now be sell outs - like July 4th - and any kind of game featuring a mexican team - or a cool exhibition - or even the ever popular "ball night" "Jersey night" promotions.
If you're a true fan ... then you simply need to step up and support your supporter group - whether it's Class VI or the C-Firm - it's time to take the game into our hands! If you're going to the games anyway - make that commitment. And get your deposits in sooner than later - the more season tickets Class VI has - the more attention we'll draw from Jeff Plush.
And I also know that the team accepts payment plan type things - as long as you're paid in full by the time they send out the tickets - what I always do is pay like $100 a month for my two season tickets to spread out the costs.

Thanks for the heads up Marcus. Just to give you flack, if it turns out you've messed things up for me this phone number will be appearing on a lot of bathroom walls across town..... :D I'm kidding. I'd never do that to anyone. Thanks for the heads up on the ticket situation.

Right behind you in row 6, 11-12
A belated howdy neighbors! I bumped one of my half-season tickets up to a full season, so hopefully, I'll be seeing everybody for every game this season.

Things are coming together as the Front Office (thank you Marcus!) start ironing out things:
Membership is easy! Simply send an email to mark@rapidsclassvi.com to join - you do not need to be a season ticket holder to be a part of Class VI!
Single game tickets are available at a discounted rate when you join us.
A Season Ticket Deal that is *too* GOOD to Ignore!
Moving into the new stadium in Commerce City next April, Class VI supporters will be located in Section 108 - a VIP section without the premium seat price!
See the seat location here http://www.seats3d.com/mls/colorado_rapids/ and get a 360-degree view of our perspective of the field!
Normally these seats go for $540 for 18 games. The Class VI price will be $450! Half season (9 games) will be $234. Remember, there will be no parking fees in the new stadium, so that will save an additional $160 over this year's costs!
Additional Benefits:
-A free ticket to the All Star game if a full season ticket holder - a 50% discount if a half season ticket holder
-Members will be able to join the team on a road game to Real Salt Lake thanks to the Rapids’ agreements with sponsors to provide preferred pricing on hotels, air/bus transportation, and free tickets for the game, including access to a Rapids pre-game hospitality tent where food and drink will be complimentary.
-Exclusive invitations to attend members-only special events with the team, such as meet the players functions, chalk talks throughout the season with the Rapids coaches, and free admittance to soccer clinics and coaching seminars
-Guaranteed team giveaways and invitations to other members-only events, such as happy hours, pub crawls, tailgates, etc.
-Invitation to an End of the Year Supporters Banquet
-An official membership card that can be used for identification as well as discounts in the stadium and around the state
-An exclusive members-only entry gate into the stadium for Rapids games
-15% discount on Rapids merchandise
-15% discount on all other KSE teams' merchandise at Altitude Authentic team shops
-Discounts and special pricing for members only at "Front Range" partner bars & restaurants around the state
-Rewards, prizes and incentives for referring new fans to join the club, including the chance to win a Rapids-sponsored trip to London for a weekend of English Premier League matches
-Invitation to a Rapids-sponsored road trip to Salt Lake City for one of the Rapids’ annual away games against arch-rivals Real Salt Lake
We've got a few other things in the pipeline too - the above stuff is mostly extended to us by invitation of the Front Range Supporters thanks to Marcus.
But we've got a few of our own plans underway as well - and a lot of different people working on them.
Please email mark@rapidsclassvi.com if you have any questions - or even post them here if you think it'd benefit others that may have the same questions.

Sweet - I am still working on my "lead" and he has a cousin in town too who may be a potential - at least will get him out to the new stadium at worst case and try to get him in on the 5 game pak for starters :) Hell - he may be able to use my tix when Stockport goes on a run and ends up in Wembley in the FA Cup finals :)

Does that mean Class VI will be expanding further up in the section to accommodate non-season ticket sales?

Nice work.
I had advocated for these 'separate but equal' changes when i finalize my season tickets....(Thank you Marcus for listening to many of us...).. and believe that this is the best choice for the Rapids. We may have a few supporters clubs with similarities that crush differences, but at the end of the day, (1) people want to sit different place (2) Some what a standing 'adult beverage' experience, and (3) some what a lesser Animal House experience.
This plan is inclusive in the right ways.
When is the road trip to FSL (and what DOES the 'F' really stand for?).

P.S. I am in row 15 as I like a little elevation to see the field...

...When is the road trip to FSL (and what DOES the 'F' really stand for?)... We will know when the road trip will be when the schedule comes out, I haven't seen it yet. Last year the group went to both matches, with thirteen teams and less matches I don't know if there will be two away matches again or not. The 'F' is for Fake, usually. ;)

With all do respect, to Rach and I the "F" means exactly what a common gutter dweller - like myself - would think it means. After that whole road trip experience the "F" means the four letter word that is street slang for coitus.

there will definitely be two away FSL matches.
