Another American trying to figure out what is happening with McBride at Everton...
Is Wayne Rooney currently suspended? If so, why? Some article made reference to this.

He was suspended earlier this season; is not now.
He is available for this weekend's match at home against West Ham.

As an answer to your Question Moyes has made another offer to the MLS for Brian, and expects an answer within the next 48 hours. Everton are looking for an 18 month contract.
