They were good, but PSV and Ajax of the late 1980s were a bit better, I think.

Mainly individual class does it for me there. PSV had Koeman, Lerby, Arnesen, Vanenburg, first Gullit and later Romario. Ajax had Van Basten, Rijkaard, Wouters, Van 't Schip, a very young Bergkamp, also had Koeman and Vanenburg for a while and ofcourse De Wit.

I've never heard of De Wit. Was he suppose to be the next "big" thing or something like that?

Rob de Wit was a very talented left winger, who also scored quite a bit of (beautiful!) goals. In '86 (I think) during his vacation he had a cerebral hemorrhage (damn, I had to look that up :D ) and he never played football again. While in the hospital his teammates send him a card with "We didn't know you had any brains". It turned out worse then they thought. I believe he's in a wheelchair now, but pretty healthy.

Yeah, well, De Wit was quite a bit better. De Wit was a starter for the NT at a young age and formed a formidable trio with Van Basten and Vanenburg upfront. It rained goals those days.

On the right wing. But most of the time one of the three moved into midfield so they had two upfront. They all had the ability to create something from midfield, so that was very hard to defend. It wasn't the season in which Van Basten became European topscorer though. Back then he played with Van 't Schip and Olsen on the wings.

Hi
in relation to Belgian league
it is only for team results during the last 40 years or so ?
otherwise there are other teams that have write outstanding chapters in belgian football history... may be as remarkable as those written by RSCA or Club Brugge

They won the European Cup Winners' Cup in 1976 and 1978. They were a great side but I had based my list mostly on league titles.

Here's some stats on Anderlecht's wins:

http://galeb.etf.bg.ac.yu/~mirad/Archive/CWC1978.HTM

My list would be thus if I didn't focused on league titles:

1. Anderlecht 80s
2. Anderlecht 70s
3. Club Brugge 70s
4. Mechelen late 80s-early 90s
5. Club Brugge late 80s-early 90s

Brazilian League (1971 onwards):

1. Sao Paulo early 90s
2. Flamengo early 80s
3. Santos 00s
4. Palmeiras 90s
5. Internacional 70s

I would do it like this:

1. Sao Paulo early 90s
2. Flamengo early 80s
3. Palmeiras 90s
4. Internacional 70s
5. Santos 00s

Chelsea 2004/2005 should be included. Never has a team had so much quality in the prem. They walked to both titles.

otherwise there are other teams that have write outstanding chapters in belgian football history... may be as remarkable as those written by RSCA or Club BruggeThese teams were better individually and they also had good/great records in Europe. I still think the teams I picked were better.
