With an apparent 25m signing of Ash Cole, are you in favor of the move? Would you be for a lesser price? If so, what's the most Chelsea should pay?

Pros:
1. He's good.
Cons:
1. We'd be giving Arsenal money to spend on areas where they could greatly improve their team - not what we should be doing right now.
2. Bridge would very likely ask to be transferred.
3. We've already got enough galacticos - we need to develop our youth into good players. I'd like to see Bridge as first-choice with Gallas providing cover when needed, and Elmer filling in when we get desperate or in the League Cup.

Depends on what the question is. Is it "Ashley Cole" or "Ashley Cole for £25M".
Because if its the latter, absolutely not. If its the former - sure, why not.

I'd like to see Cole at Chelsea.
If Bridge up and effs off - then so be it I suppose.
Perhaps he'll stay - doubt it though.
Give the Gunners the money - we'll take the player.
Why?
First of all, they may not spend it on players.
Second, they may spend it on players, and they could turn out to be duds.
Third, I don't care who they buy for £25M, or how many they combine to buy for £25M, we have a better team, and will continue to have a better team.
Fourth, we have better youth prospects in background.Thanks to Romans cash, we're buying the best in the world.
So, if he's available, take him.

Incorrect. A team can only become so good (I think Chelsea are right on that line) and Cole would only be a slight improvement over Bridge. That is NOT worth giving 25m to Arsenal. I agree with Clan that we'll still have the better team, but along the lines of your team can only be so good, you can only gather so many points in a season.

I still don't want him at any price myself, sorry my English brothers. We already have an English left back of considerable talent. On top of the money issue, he seems to really like the limelight and the nightlife which Jose frowns upon, not that great before the injury this last season, and perhaps now a question of durability and as his game relies on speed not positioning smarts...

World class left-back
Good at pushing forward and giving the width option for what ever formation we shall desire next season
Cons
That would mean giving Arsenal money to spend in other areas to improve their team
Wayne Bridge is a good enough player and if we got cole that would mean by by Wayne
