According to a report in Italian paper Tuttosport, if Real Madrid want to side Juventus' Edgar Davids, they may have to surrender Roberto Carlos.

The Merengues have been linked with a move for the Dutchman over the last couple of days, but it remains to be seen whether they'd let Carlos leave before his contract expires.

Crap or not... they can keep Carlos ... I'll take Davids over Carlos anyday.....

I hope he stays put.. but am not particularly confident of it happening.

I think that Davids is great, but that Carlos is better.

pretty different kind of players, left back who likes to attack vs def mid who wins ALL the balls he goes into!

I say Davids is more necesary too in beloved bianconeri team!!!

Juve do need some new defenders though, they are getting on a bit.

Roberto Carlos is no spring chicken. How old is he anyway?
