Where can I get a bullroarer? I've only ever heard one on Midnight Oil's song of the same name. Any clues?

Beleive in to not, I have TWO, which i've used as props for my Kickers mascot gig.
Try here: there a lot of fun, but kind of hard on the fingers, and not as loud as you think. the smaller the length, the louder it gets

ya might want a didjeridoo, as weel. $27 or so and you can be annoying your significant other in no time!
