Felix always take part of training. Remember the pictures from last season of him doing the "running up the stairs" exercises with Sagnol?

Yes, but now he can demonstrate how to do bicycle kicks, etc. :D

Cool. I used to love it when our coach practiced with us. It creates great chemistry and a real family atmosphere in training.
By the way, I got my Varsity letter in Cross Country (4 years) and
Track (2 years).
And our coach was an outstanding runner (ALL State quality).

i am back from holidays, i know you missed me a lot :D
Magath was in Puerto Rico, where is father comes from. yes he is thinly(?) but 2-3 month with our bavarian food and his belly is back.

Give Magath a few biers and a bratwurst and/or knachwurst and he will balloon right back up again...lol. I know I would.
