No thread about Peruvian coaches abroad but I guess I could post it here cuz Palacios could be left without a coach. Yes, Oblitas resigned a month ago. Maybe he wants to be Peru's coach.
El peruano Juan Carlos Oblitas expresó que ya había renunciado hace un mes a la dirección técnica de la Liga Deportiva Universitaria de Quito y esperará la llegada del directivo Esteban Paz para resolver su contrato con la institución.

I didn't know he resigned either. Why would he do it? LDU is still in the Libertadores.
If Navarro wasn't a pretty good coach himself I'd want Oblitas for the NT.

Finally. He made it out of Peru.
Well, not sure if you were away when I said this. But, he went to Metz which was recently relegated to the 2nd division. Why would he make a move to a second division team. And take my damn siggy off, your making me look like a big **************. Tampoco, Tampocoo!! :D
