I need to buy a pair off under short that will protect a my thigh and groin muscles, can any body recommend a pair (adidas, nike, etc.) and where I can purchase them (UK would be helpful).

New season starts soon and I need to be fit.

Undershorts only really compress your muscles, which enables you to sustain 100% performance for longer. They don't exactly offer any protection for injuries. If you still want a pair of NikePRO compression shorts, you can get them from the Nike shop, or NikeTown. I don't know anywhere else that does them.

nah dont get nike pros they are pretty shit. the best brand to get are skins, in australia they cost like 150 for long ones and 80 for short ones but they are worth it i have both nike pros and skins and withing 2months the nikepros got stretched but the skins remained its shape.

I have Nike Pro's, never had a problem with them they are the best I have owned. I bought two more Pro Vent shirts (one S/S one vest) and a pair of compression shorts yesterday, for me personally they are great.

Opinion is opinion though
