my coffee machine broke!!!!!

the horror! it's a krups aromacontrol. the water won't filter into the carafe. it just sits there steeping. the lid to the carafe is screwed on properly. it worked yesterday and everything else seems to be ok, i just can't get the coffee!

Try cleaning out the carafe. If that don't work, someone in this thread (http://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?postid=829719#post829719) should be able to help you. Good luck.

Try taking it back. My wife did that with the Capresso what-ya-hoosie with a built-in-grinder she got me after it quit, well after the warranty had expired, and the Willians-Sonoma store replaced the whole thing, without any questions. One of the few benefits you get for paying top dollar.

Whenever I've had an appliance break down on me and the warranty is expired. I tend to try and give it fix myself to see if there is a loose wire that is holding it up. So far I have not found a loose wire at any point and tend to just throw it away.
