Is it just me, or did the Russian ref who did the POR v NED game look just like actor Ryan Stiles ("Louis" on the Drew Carey show)? I couln't help but laugh as he would flash yet another of his seemingly endless string of cards and give that "Oswald, you've been a naughty boy" face of his...:p
