Save XM 148 Soccer channel [Archive]

Saw this on another board, thought I'd post it here. This guy is apparently trying to petition XM to keep their dedicated soccer channel post-WC. Worth checking out if you're an XM subscriber:

i have sirius, they didn't air the WC, but i didn't care, i watched them all on tv anyway. the reason i originally got sirius is b/c of their soccer covergae. they broadcast english premier league games all the time during the season, during the week and weekends, all live. and have a few shows that run everyday dedicated to soccer.

that's nice but xm's coverage was a lot better. they had almost non-stop coverage every day of the week

are you talking about the world cup? if so, then yes that is true, butif they do drop the channel, which they probably will, does xm have anymore soccer channels or leagues they cover? soccer is the whole reason i got sirius. they cover tons of it.

thats cool. what kinda programming? daily shows? live coverage of any leagues? both?
