Most of the dominant football nations on BigSoccer have a Non Soccer Related sub-forum.Would you guys want to and/or would you post on that sub-forum if it existed (A France:NSR section)?I have talked to one of our BigSoccer moderators and depending on the response this topic gets the idea may get pushed into consideration. Thanks for your time.

Who's made this suggestion? It's quite a secret you've got!
I'm down.

I didn't even realize there was a poll until now. The options are quite detailed. guignol, you should stage a coup on all the other mods! You're brilliance is tainted by their consistent incompetence. :p :)

don't get carried away. first of all it's douai's idea. second, i'm wallowing badly through the process of getting his thread merged with this so i can't be all that competent ;) .

voted for the second option. In all honesty, while it'd be good to have one (why not?), there aren't enough regular posters to make it worthwhile. The larger france board (not the 4 subdivisions) serves as a big pot anyways, where NSR threads go in addition to the random travel question, and it's never been clogged or disorganized - creating a new forum is unnecessary.

douai's ideas were for an NSR forum and an L1 forum, but i suggested both would be a bit overkill.
i see his point very well; for those supporting teams other than the three with subforums, they have to sift through quite a mishmash of SR and NSR threads. getting all the NSR stuff together would make it easier to find stuff about your team.
the downside would be that some interesting NSR stuff wouldn't be seen as much.

No need if you ask me.

You need a girl to make the NSR worth while. Hence why the German one is pretty popular. :p

I'm with sl7vk. The NSR thread is fun to read, largely because it wanders so much. There hasn't really been a problem with that spread spilling over into other threads, so I don't see the need for a separate forum.

It would be nice to have a little place to discuss the upcoming elections next year.
As well as a place for the nanas thread.
Now that guignol is on board as mod, I have zero objections if you want one.

the first point is a really good idea. the elections look to be pretty thrilling (if you're into that type of thing) especially on the left and there'll undoubtedly be more than enough posts to overload a single thread.

As well as a place for the nanas thread.
Featuring a certain Melissa Theuriau no doubt -- and prominently so.

I already get enough useless mail at home called J-U-N-K, if I wanna learn more about you guys, I'll ask for PM. Don't need a forum for that one.

So, when do we start the strike to get it ? A french forum without strike is not a real french forum !

That's so true.Only six people responded to that forum request that ilv2 just talked about.Like ilv2 said,we need more than that.
