End of Argentina-Germany game incident

Did anyone see or hear the true nature of this incident? On all of the different media outlets, different stories abound as to who is at fault. Some say it was Heinze and others say it was Bierhoff, while still others point to an unnamed Argentine who kicked a German player after the shootout was over. How could you get red-carded after the game is over?
