Hmm, I won't be watching "Tearing down a wall with your damn bare hands on ESPN2" because, "Women Sure Are Dumb Slut Bitches: Pass The Beer" is on Comedy Central.

Dude,
The post that you quoted is from the BigSoccer.com Web site. It is a satirical web site ...
;)
Satire, by the way, is only funny in so far as it captures something about the reality of things. And that ESPN2 has a number of shows whose link to sports is ... hmm ... tenuous at best, is a well documented fact. That ESPN2 seems to prefer shows not far from "Death-Rink Rodeo" to Major League Soccer is also something frequently discussed here.
Anyway ...
I don't know 'bout ya'll but I'm gonna be watching Fox's "When Women Get Their Dresses Torn Off". And, frankly, MLS can't compete with that for my attention ...

Rink Rodeo wasn't really popular until they added "Death" in front of it.
That's why I think Letterman's idea of changing "soccer" to "Deathball 2000" deserves serious consideration.

Just thought I'd have to point out that The Onion's classic spoof of local stadium-building politics, "Congress Threatens To Leave D.C. Unless New Capitol Is Built" (http://www.theonion.com/onion3820/congress_threatens.html) was picked up by a Chinese news service as if it were true.
I think the best Onion article is "NFL Star Thanks Jesus After Successful Double Homicide" (http://www.theonion.com/onion3604/nfl_star_homicide.html)

Best one ever (can't find the link) is something like \
"78 Percent of Americans Are Sick and Tired of This Sht."
Classic.
