Has anyone else noted that there seems to be a feature with Puma shirts?
All the teams playing in shirts by Puma seem to be soaked through with sweat within ten minutes. All the players are soaked through and the shirts are sticking to them (in a similar way to a wet t-shirt but obviously not as fun ;+D).
This does not happen to teams playing in other types of shirt and definitely only happens with Puma tops. They do not look too comfortable to play in.
Has anyone else noticed this?

Yeah, I noticed it too, but chose not to discuss it here. I think Italy's jersey is the only one without this affect. I thought these expensive shirts were supposed to keep the body and shirt dry throughout the match?

Not sure how that would be possible....maybe the teams that use Puma just sweat more? :)

Well, isn't that what the Dry-Fit Nike shirts are supposed to do? I think some Underarmer shirts do the same.

I have noticed that if happened to Italy also. Italy are the only team remaining who have Puma shirts. Let's see if this happens to them again when playing Ukraine.

Our federation got these shirts so that our players can say they ran during the match... when it is obvious they didn't run.

I think it has something to do with the technology used. I have one of the Nike shirts with the sphere dry thing. Its supposed to prevent clinging and although it gets very wet, it doesnt bunch up like I've seen from the puma shirts.

Think they're supposed to suck out all the sweat to keep it away from the body and keep the body dry.. they're supposed to get wet is what I've heard.

Our team plays with the Adidas Libero jerseys (like what Trinidad and Tobago wore), and they do a great job with the sweat. We played this past Monday under a hot sun and with humidity, and it kept me pretty dry and didn't stick to me even though my hair was soaked.

These Puma shirts look like complete garbage, I have never tried wearing any of the Puma team kits, but looking at how they look during a game make me want to stay away from all Puma products. I have tried Nike dryfit and shere models, and Adidas climacool, and all do a hell of a job of keeping me dry while playing, yet don't stick to me like a surgical glove. Even when pulling these shirts out of the wash, they all are virtually dry.
Has anybody tried any of these Puma shirts while playing soccer or working out?? If so, are they as bad as they look?
