What do you mean, they break first, or they are broken in first?

Well the standing leg takes all the wait when you kick, and given that you a goalkeeper I guess u kick alot more with your kicking foot, and often kicking harder/further than outfield players do. I don't personally notice my left boots die earlier necessarily, but if they do I guess it'll be for that reason

I know exactly what you are saying mate...I am very left footed and my right boots are always the first boots to get scuffs on the toe or obtain sole separation. It happens every single time and I was wanting to ask this question aswell but i kept on forgetting.

It because when you kick you tend to drag your other foot. Same with throw ins.

I don't understand how you could have to feet off the ground. Let's say your kicking with your right foot, your left foot should normally be planted for you to stabilise yourself.
