Drive up to frederick and go to Bushwallers on Market Street. Sells more Guiness than anywhere in MD and has 2 big screens and a good crowd

Elephant and Castle and Mackey's in DC proper, fwiw.

EDIT: England fans will probably be most fond of Lucky Bar, though it is *not* an English pub, whereas the other two are.
