I just watch or go to matches.
For you, since you live in Canada, the next World Youth Championships (FIFA u20 tournement) is in Canada, you should look into attending some of the matches if you are really interested.

If you can get to see any replays of the U-17 championship ypu will see lots of them. Also like the prev guy said the U-20 will be up in the great white north go and enjoy it.
