France - Looking terrible. The draw-mongers will be without Thuram, Makalele and Zidane by the time we play them and to be fair there isn't too many names left that fill me with dread. Viera and Henry are shadows of the players who played for Arsenal when they pull on the France shirt and I'd take Chris Burke over that clown Ribery any day.
Italy - Looked decent against Ghana. I think they'll win our group. We took a point off them last time and they will only be worse next time we play them. A good team but take away Pirlo's free kicks and they wouldn't have beaten us at all last time round.
Ukraine - Shevchenko and 10 others who are no better than what we have. Got ********ed by Spain, although were a little unlucky you could say, still would have got pumped though.
The other teams will, I'm sure, give us a hard time but we ARE capable of taking full points from them.

Ukraine were impressive enough tonight against a very poor side. I'm sure they'll provide very tough competition. France, even without much remianing from the 98/2000 sides are strong if they get their act together. Italy are very strong but always good for a draw.
Lithuania and Georgia will also be no pushovers, if you don't get full points from the Faroes then you don't deserve to qualify.
I still have no doubts that third place and to be unbeaten at home is the target. Hopefully move up a seeding and qualify for 2010.

Ukraine did look good but Saudi Arabia are little more than a pub team. Albeit a friendly, our 5-1 mauling of Bulgaria was still a far better result.
I've no doubt that we will still be seen as 4th favourites but if we play to our full capacity I'm sure we will quailfy.

Only 1 other group has 2 teams that got to the second round, we have 2, maybe 3 teams that are in the QFs. I don't think our luck could've been worse with this draw. Group C doesn't even have any teams in the WC FFS!

Yup, we've got to beat 3 WC quarter finalists :(
P.S. Henry is a cheating scumbag. I've lost alot of respect for that guy.
P.P.S. For the first time Ribery actually played OK. Every time i've seen him (about a dozen times) hes been shite!
