I have seen both of them change games for both Brazil and their clubs in Milan and Barcelona but I don't know which of the two is the better. Enlighten me on your thoughts.

That is a difficult question.
I want to say Kaka.
Mainly because Ronaldinho plays too much for the people, Kaka plays for the team.
But, then I want to say Ronaldinho, because...
He's Ronaldinho. :D

I agree with that BUT...to answer the question. Ronaldinho is the best player in the world period, however, with Brazil Kaká has more of a chance to shine simply because of their positions. Kaká's position on the seleção is almost the same as his function with Milan whereas Ronaldinho has a very different function on Brasil in comparison to his position with Barca. Because of this, Kaká simply does what he is used to while Ronaldinho has to adjust his game.
I've heard people say Kaká plays more objectively and more effective and Ronaldinho only plays for the people but anybody that watches Ronaldinho with Barcelona knows that is 100% nonsense. Ronaldinho is the best because he is flashy, entertaining, plays for the people AND is effective, very effective. Killer combo.
