Yellow card count

Suppose a player gets a yellow card in Game 1 of group play, and then another in Game 2. I know he's suspended for Game 3.

What happens if the player gets a second yellow card in Game 2? OK, he gets the red for a second caution in one game, and gets a suspension for getting the red card. Would the suspension be longer than one game, because of the caution received in Game 1?

Ugh this is so old and it was far back under a bunch of threads and pages, but the answer, I think, is no. If you get the card in one game, it follows you through all your games and if you get another yellow, it's as if you just got a red card that game I believe. If this is true, you'd get penalized by not being allowed to participate in the following game.

If I'm wrong, someone please correct me.
