Top Commentator Babbles

Anyone else out there going insane listening to the ESPN commentating? Why is it that ESPN insists we have a lead commentator who calls the play by play and then, to drive us nuts, each time he calls the players name, he ads in a "factoid" about the player.

This is driving me insane. It seems that ESPN has invented "Pop up Soccer" (like the old Pop-up Video from VH-1 that told facts about the music video or artist while you watched the video)

lol i don't ever watch the english commentary it sucks, so i stick to the spanish commentary.

It was Wynalda and Foudy who got on my nerves yesterday. Really tasking SGE to task for playing Rooney when it was a perfect scenario for him to play. He needs to get fit so a 30 minute run out was perfect for him. I expect the same thing will happen next game, especially since Owen's looked none too sharp.
