All the refs keep putting the codes that go on the reports and non-refs or those from countries that don't use them keep asking so:

Cautions
UB/USB: Unsporting Behavior
PI: Persistent Infringement
DT: Dissent
DR: Delaying the Restart
FRD: Failing to respect the require distance
E/L: Enter/Leave without permission

Send offs
VC: Violent Conduct
SFP: Serious Foul Play
2CT: Second Caution
DGF: Denying a goal scoring opportunity to an opponent
DGH: Denying a GSO by deliberate handling
AL: Offensive/Insulting/Abusive Language
S: Spitting

Other
GSO: Goal scoring opportunity
DOGSO: Denying a goal scoring opportunity
OFFINABUS: AL
(Chiqui)Dracula: Marco Rodriguez, earned the name from the Mexican league

More ref shorthand:

ITOOTR - In the opinion of the referee
YHTBT - You had to be there
YMMV - Your mileage may vary (taken from the standard auto ad disclaimer in the US) meaning that results may be different for different folks
DFK - Direct free kick
IFK, IDFK - Indirect free kick
