Hey Guys,
I managed to get through the other day and buy a pair of Italy-Czech Rep tickets through resale and when I go to order status it shows my tickets are there and it does said that it has been paid (paid on my credit card). At the bottom there is a button that says "process order", what does that mean and do I have to process my order? I dont understand?

I think that's if you want to do a name transfer. It pretends to let you do a resale but comes back with a message ' you can't sell a resale ticket'

Don't worry the tickets are allocated to you.

One other question, I was just reading on my ticket confirmation that you can't pickup tickets on the day of the game, is that true?

You can, but only at the stadium where the game is.

(Conversely, before the day, you can collect them at any stadium as long as there isn't a game on there.)
