Alright, so four or five weeks ago I order two US mens national team blue jersey ,with printing, from the USSF shop on www.ussoccer.com. I waited weeks to recieve my order I emailed them and they said the jerseys were on backorder. I then called the store and they said on June 5th my order would be sent in 4-7 days. So I thought I'd only miss the first match without my jerseys. Then I emailed the store and four days later on june 14th they emailed me back saying that the blue was not avalible and my options were to switch to white or cancel my order. I can't even express how pissed I am. I could of ordered from so many other places if I would of known about this. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

The ussoccerstore.com issues are well-documented.

That's no way to run a business.

Nor is it any way to treat the (relatively) few who are willing to spend dollars on the sport you are trying so desperately to sell to the masses.

Seriously. They should be ashamed of themselves.

And it's not just a lack of inventory (blamed on Nike). It's the failure to respond to emails. It's the piss-poor customer service via telephone contact (evidently, they're only too hapy to offer to cancel your order). It's the constantly sliding dates given as when your order "will definitely be shipped."

In short, it's pedestrian service given by what should be the hallmark -- those seeking to market the game.

How unfortunate. :(

I'm not sticking up for US Soccer (I currently have issues with them concerning my order of the red DTOM send off jerseys), but Nike did seriously underestimate the demand for the blue USMNT away jerseys. I know of two retailers who didn't receive anywhere near the amount that Nike promised them by the beginning of June, although Nike did manage to send out more than ample numbers of the white home shirts. These retailers are now stuck with quite a few angry customers who are now being told they'll have to wait until late June/early July at best. Nike dropped the ball here, but the retailers are the ones taking all the heat. If anybody has any contact info for someone well up the ladder in Nike's soccer marketing department, I'd like to know so I could make some suggestions to them.

Unfortunately, The official Jerseys apparently sold out well before the World Cup, But I did order a couple supporters Jerseys from the Ussoccer store and a few scarves and I received it a day earlier than anticipated. I really believe that it was Nike's fault and not the store's fault if you couldn't receive your order it's a damn shame. But I think that the store tries, at least I guess I had a good experience with them.
