I "won" four tickets to match 37, Argenatina v. Holland way back in the Phase 1. I moved. I tried to change the address with the ticketing people, I even sent them a package with all the information in it. Now, a week before the game and three days before we leave for Germany, I have no tickets and nobody responds to my inquiries on the website's "ticketing help".
Has anyone else had a similar problem? If so, how did you resolve it?
Does anyone know an alternative means for contacting the ticketing people?
Does anyone know where the venue ticketing center is in Frankfurt?
I paid for these tickets, planned our whole trip around them, and there will be some Germans with chewed off butts if they don't come up with them.
Fortunately I still have my US/Ghana tickets. Hope that game means something.
