This isn't the Korea forum so this isn't my place, but let's just say that all you French supporters seem to be underestimating Korea. That's just fine with us. But do remember that France looked pretty tired in the second half while Korea looked pretty fast. Remember that Korea is a team built on stamina and match-fitness. They fight for 90 minutes every game. That doesn't give any of you cause for concern?

who cares if they have speed once they get to the ball they have no skill and can just wait for a french player to get there and take the ball away from them. we are the french every player we have outclasses and outskills anyone on the korean team the only way we lose or even to tie such a team will be our own fault (such as it was on the 13th of june) and not because we got outskilled or outclassed by any opponent... so no the KOREAN TEAM is of no concern to us the destiny of the match is in franc's hands its with all the talent we have its up to us if we want to win or lose

Zidane prefers a 4-4-2 formation with David Trezeguet alongside Thierry Henry, rather than the 4-2-3-1 with just Henry in attack, as used against the Swiss

Average height for the Korean team is 6'. Hardly "tiny"

I get irritated when westerners reflect Chinese/Southeast Asians/Japanese height with Korea's height. Koreans are the tallest in Asia.

Anyway, so you think if France loses it's because they beat themselves? Come on now. It's more likely France will come out on top, but to say something disrespectful like that shows you need more perspective, chief.

May the better team win.

Cheers.

You're right, the average Korean is 180.34 cm.... Pretty tall. Not quite 6' (like me :)) but close. I still think we can agree that the French team is.... considerably thicker then the Korean one though, right?

Yes it also irritates me... I am 16 year old (full blooded korean) and i am 6'2... hardly tiny i look down on most "westerners"(white people lol) here in Canada.

Omg, Am not saying that all Europeans are like this fool, but most definatly, some are. Why cant you admit that the Korean squad is at least half decent? We are not a bad team at all. Dont get me wrong we have our weak points, but so do all teams in the world. Including the French Squad. Does it pain you that much to complement another team. Also, it is not in your hands, Korea is 100% capable of beating the French. And also, doesnt Every single french player outclass every single swiss player? THEN WHAT HAPPEN THERE BUDDY?! Exactly.
Wow... Am not saying all Europeans are like this(in fact i have a French friend who is completely respectfull to all cultures unlike navid) but seriously, why cant you europeans just get over that fact its just a game...at the end of the day, its a game...thats all...

ANYWAYS... I still stick to the saying " MAY THE BEST TEAM WIN"

Yes definatly, the French team is bigger then the Korean team. But bigger doesnt mean more powerful (Koreans have great strength, its in our genies) But on lobbed balls and cross, most defienatly the French have the advantage.

Our most skilled player, Ahn Jung Hwan, has scored 3 more goals in the last 2 World Cups than the entire French team.

Correction, Ji Sung Park is our most skilled player:D He caused all sorts of problems for Togo. Ahn just has magic around him during the world Cup, i swear to god. He doesnt really do good in the preliminaries or league matchs but in the world cup? he scores extremely timely goals for us , *cough cough* italy *cough cough*:p

LOL, Ahn didn't do much at FC Metz and they got relegated. Do you really think the French fear him? To be honest with you, I'll be really surprised about the outcome of this game if France fails to win.

I posted this on another thread but I'll post it again here.

Ahn-Jung Hwan is like the anti-Henry. Crap at club, spectacular in World Cup.

If that really becomes the scoreline than I won't be too disappointed by our team. To score 3 against top-class defenders from the French NT ain't too shabby.

im not saying you guys aren't decent in my opinion ur the best asian team out there im just saying you will never reach the same class as a european team. and yes all teams have weak points but the koreans cant really do much about there weak point cuz of the lack of skill but we bring the weaknesses upon ourselves. next yes it is in our hands because the only way korea beats us is if we play like shit or else if both teams played to there 100% best then we would overcome korea with no problem. what happened against the swiss you ask? we played like shit but that was a choice the team made for themselves not the swiss.

Why can't we become just as "European" as France? ;)

[QUOTE=allezlesbleusno1]Sentez-vous aussi combien la France a déçu par rapport à d'autres équipes comme l'Espagne ou, globalement, les autres têtes de série. Elle a fait un peu de peine. [QUOTE]there's one consolation; the english look just as pitiful as we do. :D

LMAO ur funny guy.. um theres this thing called the K-league and ya it really ruins ur chances of becoming as "European" as France (and besides the fact that u'll never produce players the caliber of Platini, Zidane, Henry, etc. nor will you ever have ppl like jules rimet, Gabriel Hanot, Henri Delaunay ) but really no its ok to dream

it's unlikely in the near future yes, but it don't merit belittling their country.

a little respect, please. :)

and i made a bundle of FF points on a 2-0 score with crouch scoring! (i had originally planned 5-0 and lampard but after paraguay i... reevaluated.) mind you crouch looked just as woeful as lampard... as for T&T they would kick some righteous ass... in the rhone-alpes ligue d'honneur! :D
