I purchased 2 tickets for match 42 after the deadline for shipping tickets. I got the e-mail with the ticket certificate attached which will be used to pick up tickets in Germany. I did not try to download it until today ( 1 month after purchase ).
There seems to be no certificate attachment even though there is a link to a pdf file in the e-mail.
Does the certificate expire if you dont downlad it right away?
Does anyone know the procedure on how to get a new certificate?
Thanx
John

The certificate is sent as an attachment to the email. Check the size of the email and attachment. The size of the PDF document is about 14 KB.
If the attachment appears to be ok, there is likely something unusual happening with the computer you are using.
Likely it is an issue with the Adobe plugin or it could be that your version of Adobe reader is too old?

From the FIFA email - ' For the collection of your tickets you will need an official identification document and a ticket certificate or or order confirmation.'
Just take the order confirmation email. I have 6 orders to collect and for various reasons only 3 of them have ticket certificates with them. I am sure this will not be a problem at all.

I called Fifa ticketing center to ask them about that, my first ticket I got in first conditional phase late april. Confirmation did not come with a certificate.
I asked them about that, she said all you need is your Passport and order #.
Email confirmation means nothing really, all they want to know is if order # such and such matches with the ID of X trying to pick them up.
This is not going to be a problem
