At what point do people think Olly should be shown the door?

Right now, I think that he should get another season. One full season in charge is not long enough to establish a track record and really make your mark. Considering our situation right now, I think he has earned the right to get an honest stab at it -- which, to me, means at least one more season.

However, if QPR now go into a tailspin and end the season with a bad run of form without even getting into the play-offs, I can see that there will be a lot of pressure for a change in the off-season.

What do other people think?

COME ON URRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRssss!!!!

If QPR misses the playoffs, perhaps QPR should consider making a move away from Olly. But not before. I think he's basically done a good job; he dug himself a hole around the new year by insisting on playing out-of-form players, but the way he's handled the injury riddled squad lately deserves respect.

as of right now i say we hold on to him. our form has been coming back, and while we hit a dry patch a little while back i think things will end up on the bright side for our boys.

Given our restraints, I'd have to say Olly has done an admirable job. Absent completely folding down the stretch, I'd vote for his retention.
