San Diego Rec Soccer questions

Questions for San Diego residents...

A few buddies and I are interested in playing in an Over-30 league at some point. I know of the San Diego County Soccer League, but is that the only option in town??? And does the SDCSL only play on those fields in Ocean Beach?

I have seen games going on in UTC just off the I-805 and Nobel on Saturdays. No idea if it was Over-30 or not, but was wondering if those games were SDCSL-related...

I know I'll probably have some more detective work to do, but any info to point me in the right direction is appreciated! Thanks in advance.

I play in the Scripps Ranch Old Pros league up in, ummm, Scripps Ranch. It's 25 and over, but the league is mostly 35-50 year olds with about 20% 25-35. The skill level ranges from beginner to high school varsity level. It's a good mix to "get back in the game."
