The perfect appetizer.

Nachos are good too.

Nachos are good too. I was in Columbus once, and I stumbled into some place half-drunk, and ordered Nachos. They brought out a basket of tortilla chips with nothing on them, no cheese or anything. What's that about?

Easier tha hell Salsa recipe:

6 tomatos
1 or 2 jalapenos
fresh cilantro
1 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt

Roast tomatos in skillet on medium heat. Rotate until blackened on three sides. Roast jalapenos , too. DO NOT USE OIL!

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until desired consistency. Serve immediately. (the temp of the sauce should be hot- this is not a chilled salsa)

Columbus ain't exactly close to the border, if you know what I mean.

It could also be that since you were drunk, you may have asked for a basket of chips and not nachos as you might have intended.

So - did you eat the chips or send them back?

Man, this Peruvian restaurant near us has the best salsa in the world. it has almost turned me off of all other salsa. I've got to find out where they get that stuff or if they make it.

What a stupid-ass yankee thing to say.
