I've seen Costa Rica live in Foxboro in the Gold Cup. They were playing Canada. IIRC, Canada upset them, too.

A couple of former Costa Rica national team members used to play for the Revolution, too, so I'd see them all the time when I lived in Massachusetts and had season tix for the Revs.

i'm going to devote all of my energy to rooting for the USA, but wouldn't mind seeing Costa Rica (and Mexico and T&T) get out of group play.

I don't know about that...

Mexico- Made it to the round of 16 where they battled Argentina. If it wasn't for that ridiculous goal by Rodriguez, that game might have gone to PK's. No shame there.

United States- Got ran over by the Czechs but then drew Italy with only 9 men! The US lost to Ghana, which I thought isn't a bad loss because Ghana is a pretty good team.

Trinidad & Tobago- Tied Sweden and were 10 minutes away from tying England before they wilted. They lost to Paraguay which isn't a bad team. No shame there.

3 out of 4 ain't bad :)
