Does anybody have a direct link to the pdf forms for thrid party pickup of tickets and the one for transeferring tickets?

It is in the CCS, under collectin tickets in the first page of your account....Oh, because there is a lot of activity in the Ticket shop you might not be able to log into your account...sorry, cant help. Dont have it
