I haven't travelled on the German Rail for a couple of years and when I did previously I never had a rail pass + reservations.
This year I have printouts of my reservation confirmations, but do I need something else or do I just show the conductor the printout with my pass (validated obviously)?? Thanks in advance peeps!

All you need is the print out. The conductor will have your name in his PDA type device he carries around, and if your in an older model car there will be a card above the seat with your the reservations details.

The only comparable event I've been around is Oktoberfest. Without a reservation, my first class pass gave me the right to ride in the vestibule with the first class luggage. I've got reservations for every ICE ride this time.
