the stand you see in the background is the new southstand. if completed it will have a capacity of roughly 5,600 (3,000 standing and 2,600 seaters - incl. 1,000 business seats and 216 seats in the so called séparées). they're currently installing a scoreboard at the corner between the new southstand and the gegengerade on the left hand side of the picture, as you can see on this webcam picture (http://www.hellmich-gruppe.de/pop_live3.htm).
in june they will start to replace the old main stand (on the right hand side). the new main stand will have a capacity of 5,000 and will be, like the old one, an all seater stand.
the gegengerade will be rebuild after the main stand is finished. the gegengerade will then have a capacity of 10,000 standing places and 1,200 seats.
the last stand to be replaced will be the north stand (the one that the picture was taken from) and will finally have a capacity of 5,315 (1940 standing and 3,375 seats). the north stand was recently expanded with a temporary stand (2,500 seats), amongst other things to replace those seats that will be lost if they tear down the main stand in a few months.

Watch out!! St Pauli just signed young Cdn David Hoilett for a one year loan deal from Blackburn. I think he will finish in the top 10 in scoring in the Bundesliga 2. Scored 3 times in his first appearance on the weekend.

Well, it ain't easy. I've had more experience watching on the gambling sites. Bwin.com for instance, but with that one that realized what folks were doing and made it so you had to deposit some money into your accoun to be able to view matches live. There are online streaming sites but you will need to download a program to view the streams. Those i have no experience with but a search for "streaming live football" (or soccer) will probably give you a site or two you can experiment with.

Mostly I personally joined the British St Pauli Fans' Forum (http://stpaulifansuk.forumup.co.uk/) and they post game reviews (in English) usually within a couple hours of the match...a day later at the most. Since you are in the Northeast, you might be able to join in the festivities that this group seems to host once in a while...the "unofficial" US St Pauli's Fan Club. (http://www.fcstpauliamis.com/)

i know there are quite a few St.Pauli fans in NYC.
I'm trying to get a supporters group together for Nevada Smiths's.
Sometimes the owner of the place can get games for us that
are otherwise impossible to get.
Hopefully we'll be watching a few games this season with them.

At least there was another green/white/brown party before & after the game in the pub of "Sportfreunde Fürth" (I saw a few dozens of the 1,500 Pauli fans even in the Nordkurve among the Fürth supporters in order to escape the rain:-)! :)
