Congrats St. Pauli! Finally back to 2. Bundesliga after the 2:2 home draw against Dynamo Dresden.
Some pics and videos (love the solidarity with the Schickeria)

I'd love to have St. Pauli back in the 1st BL. The derbies we had between HSV and FCSP were the best you get in germany!
Much better than any Ruhr clash or 1860 vs FCB. ;)

I would go to celticfc.net and visit the st pauli range section of their online shop before attempting to order directly from the fanladen through the st pauli web site.
Last time I ordered from that site, it took almost six months for my order to be processed.
With the celtic shop, you'll have your gear in less than two weeks.
cheers,

Yes, but that´s no problem IMO.
Stanislawski can work as teammanager and as coach
they install the current assistent as it is said in the article.
So in reality Stanislawki stays director of sport and coach
like he did last season. :D

Yes. :)
btw:
The Simak deal doesn´t take place,
but St.Pauli signed Filip Trojan from Bochum for offensive midfield.

A story I translated on this subject:
Simak Too Expensive For St. Pauli
Former Hannover and Leverkusen midfielder Jan Simak will not be moving to 2nd Bundesliga club FC St. Pauli. "We had an agreement with the player, however we could not met his club's financial demands", said St. Pauli Team Chief Holger Stanislawski.
Instead of signing the former Czech international, who remains under contract to Czech double-winners Sparta Prague, the Hamburg club acquired Filip Trojan on a free transfer from Bundesliga club VfL Bochum.

I gotta admit that St Pauli is changing from a punky club to a mainstream punk-a-like club. Kinda sad.
I have to agree with the others that have replied to this. Building a stadium and/or gaining more supporters does not necessarily mean a club is "selling out." If they were doing things contrary to their usual ways JUST to try and get more supporters, then i'd agree. But it seems that St Pauli and it's fans are holding true to their ideals...and more people are recognizing their left-leaning ways and they appreciate this. (Something that is mentioned near the end of this little club video history. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-kl93Husv0))
