This is basically a 4-1-3-2. This gives us a solid defense. But with so much speed up top and on the wings, it will make the czech half to have their mids help out and force them into playing defense which they are not that great at and make their fullbacks stay home(which they hate) and also exploit the slow central defenders. Also beasley is able to mark nedved and convey can make his runs and put in good crosses. With mastro and reyna in the middle it will be hard to for the czechs to get anything going in the middle.
